U80: PREAUTH DECLINE
The transaction was declined due to a pre-authorization check failure from Forte Verify. Forte Verify is a subscription-based service that assesses the status of an eCheck account to confirm whether it is valid and in good standing. Forte will decline the transaction before it is sent to the bank to avoid any ACH failures. This can occur for several reasons that are out of the client or banks control.

Resolution:
Contact Forte and request that the account be removed from the "bad list." Once Forte confirms the update, wait 24 hours before reattempting the payment.
